		<description>These intervals are really what motivates me. When I do them I feel good and less tired. I just need to be consistent. 15 minutes of intense cardio beats 40-60 minutes any day.

		<description>I love the intervals for cardio.  They are quick, they are hard, and they are sufficient!  I always guage my intensity by checking how I feel at the end of 50-60 seconds.  If I&#039;m not about to drop, I&#039;m not working hard enough!  :)</description>

		<description>Hi, I&#039;m new at FYM a beginner, have just started this month 1st of March and I&#039;m excited with the programs I&#039;m in so far, i&#039;m still not really in any schedule haven&#039;t try the a.m workout yet I&#039;ll just jump in doing the 10-15min when I can sometimes in the afternoon around 2pm sometimes evening around 5pm one time i thought i&#039;ll pass but then i thought the day is not yet over so l end up doing 15min at 10pm lol.
I&#039;m a mother of 2 age 8 and 3 and like many i&#039;m not that happy with my mummy figure and this is the first time i&#039;m giving myself a try in a workout so far so good.

I have your dvd&#039;s and use them 4-5 days per week if I am lucky and then now starting to add interval training afterwards which really kicks my butt but feels so good afterwards I feel I have accomplished alot. My friends are noticing the change in my body and so do I!!! I am so happy I found you!!! I don&#039;t have time to go to the gym after running after a 1 year old and working shift work (all 12 hour nights) as a LD nurse. So again Thanks
