LOVE THE SOUNDTRACKS!! I absolutely push myself through knowing how much time I have left. It is AWESOME! Your voice cues help so much more than trying to do it myself. Every bit of it helps, the motivational music, your countdown, It is just what I needed to get more results from my intervals !!! Love the video sampler too. Great Info Holly, Thank you for it ALL.
Love the video sampler! I am taking part in the Fall Transformation Challenge and have decided I am going to get the interval sound track as reward for completing the 4 week sprint. Your sampler definitely sold me on how much more I will be able to push myself during my intervals. And I was cracking up at your comments during the video! Sounds like me when I’m trying to get through my 60 seconds of high intensity – lol. Thank you for taking the time to put this together!
YEP! Love the soundtrack. Easy to download and very user friendly! This rocks and so do you! Love Ya, Your favorite sister in Louisville! Hope to see you tomorrow!
I think this is great! I know my interval intensity has improved! Holly is great! This is just what I needed!
Hi Holly, This is a must have product. What a great idea! I’m looking forward to using this technology. Thank you for doing it!
Hi Holly,
This is a fabulous idea. I love your taking the distractions of counting down. One question- I cant seem to work the zip system to see the pdf. Is there something Im missing or should I wait for my son to come home? The music and your voice are super! Rosalie
Thanks Holly
I have heaps more ideas for my intervals and lots more motivation. Keep it coming.

I just down loaded my intervals and i have to say, having listened to other interval training programs… i prefer hearing your voice! i feel like i have sooo much more energy AFTER i do this?? It really is almost over as soon as its begun… anyone who thinks they can feel better after a 6o min workout on a boring treadmill should try this…. i challenge them…. You feel more alive, energetic and worked out then EVER before! And you’re inspired for the next workout, something most programs do not instill in a person (especially a lazy gal like me!) Love you Holly, keep up the fantastic work
Hi Holly!
I recently bought your Fit Yummy Mummy Workout package and I just today (now) completed my very first intermediate workout and interval exercises using your interval audio soundtrack and OMGosh…what an amazing workout I had!! I thought that I was really fit and could handle the intermediate interval right away because I go to Kempo Kick Boxing four times a week, but lately have found that I’ve plateaued in the class. Your workout system and supporting audio soundtrack gave me EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for! I’m exhausted and sweaty and loving every minute of it! Thanks so much Holly for putting this system together. You have motivated me to push myself that much harder to my maximum potential so that I can achieve the tight strong core that I’ve been working so hard to get!
You are awesome!

Is there more than one song for each interval level?
Holly,
I watched this video and loved the idea of “jumping rope”. I’ve been using my small stepper for my intervals, but can’t get quite the intensity I want. Today I used my stepper and “jumped rope” combined. My kids thought it was hysterical that I was jumping rope without the rope. My husband just laughed and told me to “be careful not to hit anyone with my rope”. Amazing what a little jumping can do.
In the past two weeks since I have begun I have been most surprised by my energy. I used to want to rest when my little ones take their afternoon nap, now I am busy right through nap time. Today a friend came by and said, “wow, look at how much you’ve already changed. Where are your saddle bags”. I was shocked. I didn’t know I had saddle bags, but I’m glad they are going away.
Thanks Holly!
Christine
Holly,
THANKS for creating these – I haven’t skipped an interval session since I got them. I am SUPER motivated to do my intervals – I’ve started doing them after a long day at work, when I usually just want to sit back and relax with the kids. And the time just flies – much better than going through another cardio-kickboxing class!
LOVE these!!!
