Mary Is Losing It and Keeping Fit
6 Months after Mary Dikeman celebrated her one year anniversary of living the Fit Yummy Mummy lifestyle, she celebrates once again at the end of the Summer Slim Down Challenge – proving that not only can you lose 50+ pounds – you can keep it off and continue to achieve true fat loss results!
Where Mary Started:
“The before shot above was taken in July 2007. It is the only document I have of what I looked like before. I refused to be in anymore photos! I cannot even begin to describe how unhappy I was!
January 2008- began like all the other years. I was finally going to get in shape and lose the fat! My weight had been slowly creeping up since the I got married 20 years ago, but it wasn’t until I had my last daughter in 1999 that
I just couldn’t get control of my weight.
Fast forward to the beginning of 2008 and
I was 220 lbs and was almost to big for my size 18W jeans. I was literally in the pit of despair. I thought I was going to have a heart attack or die from an asthma attack! I felt like an old woman! So, I pulled out all my diet info and we had even bought a BowFlex. I had no excuses anymore, except I just couldn’t go through more failed attempts at losing weight! My confidence was shattered and I literally prayed for a MIRACLE! I knew this was a matter of life or death for me.
Well that day came when my husband, Mike, forwarded an email from
Craig Ballantyne, promoting FitYummyMummy for busy moms fat loss. He truly described a wonderful lifestyle system and its creator, Holly Rigsby! I almost didn’t take a peek, but my darling husband never forwards things he doesn’t believe in!
