Summer is a time of transition for me as well. School is out which means the temptation to sleep in is greater, warm weather means more outside events leading me to put off getting work done, and many other situations that have the potential to get me out of my routine – affect my eating habits and sticking to my workout plan.
Summer does not have to derail you!
