    Having the DVD’s will help allow me to know if I am doing the correct form. It will also help me keep up with getting my workout done in 15 minutes, I know sometimes I can slow down and if I have the dvd to work with then it’ll be helpful. Also not always having to look at the paper would be helpful(though I do NOT mind!), and most of all I’d love to be able to “work with you” Holly! Being able to see you perform the workouts and you in the background coaching me along would be great.

I’ve started to slack on the workouts though and I can feel it. I love your interval trainings, perfect for my busy lifestyle and short attention span!

    For me, the DVDs would offer exactly what I need as I am a very visual person.. Our computer is located in our cold basement in a corner far, far away from kids, dogs, flying objects etc. It is the place that keeps the computer safest. However, I love to actually watch your videos and hear your motivation, and there is little room for that near my computer. If I had DVDs, I could do the exercises upstairs where I have a much greater range of motion! I would love to win a set. Thanks!!

    Holly,
    I could really use those DVD’s to help me get motivated. I have been battling blood pressure issues and my cardiologist has just now allowed me to start exercising again. I am having such a hard time getting started. I know the complex moves in your DVD’s will get my body in shape faster and in only 15 minutes a day rather than the 30 and 45 minutes the others take. I also know my cardiologist will be thrilled when he sees me again in 3 months and I have lost 20 lbs!!

    Well, I don’t usually enter these contests but I need to start doing something differently and I think that these DVDs would really help me make that transition from couch potato to active human, contributing member of society, again. A couple of years ago, my job was sent to India and I fell into the black hole of my TV for a while. I’m now working again but I work from home so I find myself sitting for long hours in front of the computer and feeling guilty about taking breaks. My activity level never really came back to what it was. I have quite a bit of weight to lose and I’d love the chance to use the DVDs to activate the ol’ muscle memory and find the body that I know is in there somewhere. A set of DVDs with short intense workouts that I can do without feeling like I’m slacking off from work, etc, would be so helpful. Thanks Holly!

    Hi Holly,
    As a busy mom of a 3 year old and 1 one year old let me boil it down to a couple of words – I’M TIRED!! I need to up my energy levels (not to mention lose 20 lbs!). It would be so motivational to have your DVD’s. I would have a friend/mentor/coach/motivator right there in my living room cheering me on. I get up at 5:30 every morning and don’t stop until the boys are snuggled up in bed around 8:30 every evening. Like so many moms, I’m guilty of taking care of everyone else besides myself. I really want to change that and re-gain my self-confidence. I know that the only way to be the best mom I can be is to take back control of my life! Thanks for the opportunity Holly!

    “Mom! Come catch me!” “Okay, hon, here I come!!” (Oh boy, I can hardly get down the steps to the yard…I’d better run faster, she’s waiting on me. Wait, I’m not even really running. It’s more like I’m waddling. What! I’m huge! How did I get this way?!?!? I could roll better than I can run!)

    And then I wake up in a cold sweat from one of my worst nightmares–getting fat without realizing it! I was well on my way to having this dream come true and not happy about it when a friend inspired me to try FYM. So far I have been VERY happy with the change in my attitude and thinking. However I’m discovering that the workouts don’t seem to be as hard as I think they should. I was an athlete in high school and am still relatively “in shape” (just way too overweight also). I really think that being able to work along side Holly on the DVD’s will give my workouts that extra “umph” to make sure I’m getting all that I can out of them. Then I will never have to worry about that monster from my dreams again!

    Why would a Fit Yummy Mummy DVD Package help me?

    I started out the FYM program about 1 1/2 years ago with just the book and saw amazing results when I put my all into it and was consistent with my work-outs. However, I am definitely more of a visual learner and I would always be concerned with using the correct form and technique. In doing the work-outs I would question myself… “Am I doing this right?” or “6 sets on with the right leg and switch to left or alternate each leg for the set?”

    The first FYM dvd I ever did was the bikini body one – and I still use it in rotation with my other two! I love that I can follow along as you show the form and technique (Learn It) and once I got it I can do the work-out (Do It) along with Miss Holly and if I am unsure that I am doing it properly, I just have to glance at the screen and I got it!

    I also love that there is no corny music, excessive comments or sales pitches mixed in with the work-out. The FYM dvds get down to business and get results! With the whole set of dvds I know I would get the most out of my Fit Yummy Mummy experience!

    Let me put it simply. I have NEVER stuck to an exercise program period, until now. Espesially when it came to working out at home. I could never get motivated enough to get up and do it. I have 3 school aged children which I homeschool and a 2 month old. I love the workouts because they don’t take very long to do. I would REALLY, REALLY like to have the DVD system as well, so that I can continue to make progress.

    You’ve had your 2 year anniversary (congratulations!) and I’ve just had my 1 year anniversary – a great time for us both!

    Over the past year I’ve made my transformation happen by way of the e-book workouts and the new monthly workouts at Club FYM. I’ve watched your “do it like this” videos and taken advice from the amazing Club FYM’ers worldwide.

    I’ve reached my pre-baby weight, I’m wearing clothes in a size I wore at university (I’ll be 40 in May) and am fitter and healthier than I’ve ever been. I subscribe to the idea that you are what you eat, and food can be your medicine, and I know I’m doing the very best I can to maintain a healthy body and be a great example to my 3 kids.

    I’m participating in the current Holiday Challenge and have said to the other girls that my goal over my second year of FYM is to reach the “HOLLY LEVEL”. I’m looking to achieve something of the strength and tone you have Holly, and I think this DVD set will really motivate me to achieve this goal. You have coached me this far, via text and the internet, and with these DVD’s, you will truly be my personal trainer.

    Dear Holly,
    It would be such a relief for me to have these DVDs. I would be able to be exactly sure I am doing the exercise right. Also, my busy, full schedule and a quadriplegic family member to help take care of do not allow me much time for working out. These DVDs would help me so much in that regard, because they would help me to be consistent and stay on track, and take a burden off of scheduling concerns. Receiving the DVDs for free would also be more cost-efficient for me since I am currently trying to save as much money as possible, because of an uncertainty in family economics.     Hi Holly! I have a few reasons why I can’t wait to buy the FYM DVD’s. Currently I own the fit yummy mummy fat loss ebook but I have not started yet. A lot of times I can’t figure out how to do an exercise properly – but if I have the dvd that would be solved! I could pop in the dvd into my computer at any point in time and just do the exercises with you – like you were here with me training me! Morever, while I am doing the exercises my baby will be entertained because she’ll be watching you too! Also, I’ll get motivated just by looking at you on my screen because you are so full of life and encouraging! In addition, I am checking my email accounts all day and doing my computer work – I could squeeze in 15 minutes to do a FYM dvd workout! Previously, I bought a lot of different dvd workouts and I have done them and gotten no results. They are all one hour or more and it was so hard to fit in the time especially now that I have a baby. Also, in other dvd’s the instructer just goes through the workouts without showing you proper form and going through the workout with you. So a lot of times I find myself doing those workouts wrong! But that could never happen with Holly on the incredible DVD’s. In addition, these DVD workouts are short and to the point and get the best results!! Also, I don’t have to keep on looking into my ebook and making sure I am doing the exercise correctly – it is right in front of me and I could do it with Holly. This DVD set is the perfect way of getting me off of my lazy tush and start exercising with HOLLY! Plus there is a lot of good music in the background! Once I get moving – I’ll have more energy, be able to do more with my day for myself and my family and be a contributing part of society! The best part is I will be on my way to lose all of my accumulating fat that I’ve put on since getting married and having a baby, have more confidence, look and feel good and do it in 15 minutes or less six days a week – at HOME with my personal friend and coach HOLLY RIGSBY!!!!!

    Simply put, I find your exercises interesting, challenging, yet easy enough to follow along. Love your music and there’s no time wasting with you! Just get the workout done and I’ve done what I set out to accomplish! Being a busy mom means we have to get our workouts in when we can and being a mom of four with ages 4 – 14, life gets hectic. These are the most perfect workouts for me and would love these DVD’s in my life to have my day(s) a little less hectic.     Hi Holly!

    I would love the DVD’s because I believe it would give me the extra motivation I need to take off 40lbs.I like doing the workouts from the printouts but I’m always wondering if I’m doing them correctly. I’m also a visual learner and watching videos would help me perfect my form and see if I’m going to slow or to fast.
    Being a mother of 5 girls and homeschooling, I’m very busy. The short workouts help tremendously. Plus watching videos in a way is like having quasi adult time.
    The most important thing is being a positive role model of health to my girls. This would be the extra boost I need.

    The DVD’s will make my workouts more fun and social…I can have my 18 month old join in and make it a fun special time whilst scultping my ideal body…perfect…you just cant get that from reading a manual! Fun and motivation that is the key for me!

    Since I started using your workout and nutrition strategies my life has truly changed for the better.

    I am not perfect, there has been no “miraculous transformation”, what has happened is that I now feel like “Me” again.

    I no longer obsess about what to eat because now I know how.
    I no longer punish my body with hours and hours of cardio because now I know better.
    I have energy, positivity and motivation back in my life and I love it!

    Hi Holly! I already am an FYM-er, but I really think these DVD’s would help me! A lot of times when I do my workouts it takes me longer than it should, and with you to watch I would be able to see how its really supposed to be done and at what pace! I already have seen great results without the DVD’s, but I think this will really “take it up a notch” and improve my strength, aerobic capacity, and overall fitness even more!!     Holly these DVD’s would give me the edge I need to get ahead of myself. I have your program and have made great strides towards my fitness goals. One thing I have found is that I tend to run through my workouts way too fast. That’s great for intervals but not for resistance I feel it so much more when I slow down. These DVD’s will help pace me and allow me see more results. They’ll also allow me to double check my form so I don’t fall back into bad form which is easy to do especially when I don’t slow down. I love that you have made these for us!!

    Holly,
    In August my mom died after an 8 year bout with Parkinson’s Disease – the last two years being an invalid. She was living more than 500 miles from me and while I’m grateful that my sister lived in the same town it took it’s toll on all of us. I let my workout routine lapse and now it’s been over 18 months since I last had a consistent routine. While my eating habits have been pretty good they could be better. I have elementary age and middle school age children so we do our share of running. In between all this my freelance work became nonexistent in the last three years. With the expense of traveling to see my mom and then attend her funeral and just with expense of raising a family I am going to have to drop my gym membership. One because I’ve not been using it and two because that money could be used to pay off other things since finding a part-time job for me hasn’t worked out yet. I think having a consistent routine would affect other areas of my life since I believe it’s all connected. It might even help give me back my sense of self. Thanks.

    Holly, I would love to win these. Two months ago my oldest daughter, and my FYM workout partner moved 5 hours away to a great job. Since then, I have felt lonely, fat, bored, old (I am 53) and tired doing workouts!! I still miss her when I workout! (I have been going through empty nest big-time, even though I have 3 children left at home! I am a lot happier mom to them when I am staying in shape) Having these DVD’s would be so wonderful for me because I would have you working out with me!     I have been following your program for a few months now. I have tried every diet and exercise video known to man (just about). I am about 25 pounds overweight. I need to lose this for my health, energy and my family (not to mention myself). I belive your dvd’s will help me to finally do what all of the other programs have not. To be honest I have spent so much money over the years on program after program,with little resutls, but we are at a financial point where I just can not spend anymore. I am a homeschooling mom to 4 children, as well as working part time just to make ends meet. Therefore, I would love to win your dvd’s. I would love to see you do the workouts as I work out. It helps me to keep the intensity level up, as well as making sure I am doing it correctly. I want my kids to see me working out and be motivated to do the same.

    I’ve been following your messages and keeping up with the website information for more than a year now and it is now time for me to jump into this head first. At 45 and a mother of three I want very much to take control of my body and my health. Just last month I completed my Education Doctorate degree so now we have two doctors in the house (though as my children are very quick to point out; Daddy’s the only REAL one). This is a very big transition point and I feel strong and confident that I can complete a transformation. Being able to see how the exercises are done and doing them along with the DVD I know will help me a great deal.     I am currently working full time as an Oncology nurse and I have a wonderful 10-month-old daughter, Olivia. I don’t have the energy or the time to go to the gym. I want to be healthy and lose weight so that my daughter has a positive example. Right now I am working 10-hour days so when I even think about going to the gym I feel guilty about missing quality time with Olivia. I have gained 15-20 lbs in about 6-7 months and it scares me to think that if I don’t stop and make changes now I could find myself in a hole I can’t get out of. I was searching the Internet for “mommy exercises” and somehow came across Fit Yummy Mummy and thought that this too good to be true. After reading many stories of mommies that actually succeeded I thought that maybe I could do it too! I tried a free bonus video and I learned that you could actually do 15 minutes and get a great workout. This DVD package would be great for me because it would be like I had Holly right there in the room coaching me through the exercises. We have a very little space in our computer room. The DVDs would allow me to move into another room where I would have plenty of room to effectively do the workouts. We also live above someone else and they complain a lot about any noise we make. I could take the DVDs into our upstairs further from the neighbors below. I could actually focus on the 15 minutes instead of limiting my effort in order to be quiet so that we don’t get a knock on our front door.     Having the fit yummy mummy dvds would really help the visual learners. Sometimes visualizing the exercises based on the pictures is not good enough. The dvds help by showing the proper form and the complete motion.

    The dvds also set the proper pace. Sometimes the workouts take longer than they should if I don’t keep my mind with the job and get sidetracked with the busyness of life. The dvds would keep me on track.

    I also sometimes scrimp a bit in the number of reps or sets if I’m really tired. Seeing you do the complete workout on the screen along with me would really motivate me to complete the full workout – giving me the best results for my efforts.

    Thank you for how your program has already changed my life!

    CONGRATULATIONS, HOLLY!!! So much to celebrate!!!

    I’d like to preface my comment by saying I’m not here because I’m not willing to pay for Holly’s system. I recently joined Fit Club & having the DVD’s is PRICELESS!!! In the last month I’ve learned I have a 3 yr old who adores Mountain Climbers & a 4 ½ yr old who loves Spiderman Crawls & I LOVE having the “whole” exercise & having Holly keep the tempo for me-I’m so easily distracted some days. The DVD’s allow me to share part of my journey with my children & involve them in wholesome recreation in addition to playing outside & our other favorite activities.

    Just recently have I started on a journey-the journey where MOM learns how she can be Mom, Wife & me. Me, I still exist! I’ve learned it’s O.K. for me to ask for what I need, heck, I learned it’s O.K. for “Mom” to have needs! & that I can take the necessary steps to take care of me. Oh! the changes that are beginning to take place, the happiness –hearts opening, walls crumbling. This journey is not only helping me get my body back but my mind & in so returning to my WHOLE SELF!

    Where’s the camera?!?! I’ll shoot the commercial-oh, wait! I need a few more weeks to get the “jelly out of my belly.”

    Aside from being a Mom, I work as a Physical Therapist & have significant training & education in nutrition & I’d just like to point out EVERYTHING Holly advocates both in exercise & nutrition are SPOT ON! Actually, Holly’s nutritional guidance is the ONLY place I’ve been able to find additional education to add to my nutrition fat-blasting arsenal. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, HOLLY!!! I totally & WHOLE HEARTEDLY ENDORSE FIT YUMMY MUMMY & everything Holly teaches us! I have several patients each day that I encourage to join the FYM ranks!

    First let me say that I love your workouts! I’ve told all my friends about them and about how motivating you are. But I have a confession. You know those hour long aerobic classes that you say are not doing me any good? Well, I actually liked going to a class. Not because I liked the workout so much. And definitely not because I have all kinds of time to waste! But I really enjoyed the high energy of the instructor and I felt like I concentrated more on proper form, as well as not losing my momentum. So that’s why I’d love to win a set of your dvd’s – because I know they would give me the same benefits I received from the class except this time I’ll be doing exercises that will actually DO SOMETHING FOR ME! (what a concept!). Oh yeah, one more reason, Wednesday’s my birthday. :)

    Dear Holly,
    I have many reasons that I want your workouts on DVD. First would be the short time for an effective workout.
    I researched your website and feel that you know womens bodies and what works for them. I have also used the free vip video and after two days was sore in places I didnt even know I used so I know that its effective. Also looking at you with no body fat gives me ambition to how I can change myself. Now I am going to tell you about myself to explain why I think that this DVD system would work for me. I recently had a baby in February and still carry the baby fat.He is almost nine months and I nurse him which hasn’t help the weight come off. He is my eighth child so I have children in elementry, middle, and high schools, one of them in kindergarten which is only a half day program. I also work part time to help our family. We have children in after school sports/ activities so i am busy trying to balance life. I love my life and I love my husband and would also love to look hot for him. At the same time, I dont want to take time away from him so a fast effective workout that I can get in before he gets home makes me feel accomplished and takes away any frustration or stress I might have. And if he thinks I look good, I feel better about myself.
    We live in a remote area where our internet is provided by satellite and when the weather is bad, we dont get service or it is slow. Last week I couldnt access the VIP video so I had to remember it and hope I was doing it correctly. I like to follow along to a video to make sure I am positioning myself right and it gives me the motivation to push myself harder.(another reason I want the DVD,s). I wouldn’t have to rely on the internet and get frustrated. I also love the idea of rotating the workouts when you plateau. By then you usually get bored with the same routine and a new workout gives you ambition to go even further with yourself.     Hi there!
    Well the main reason why I would like to have the DVD’s is the convenience of having them to follow. Time is not something I have much of. I’m a mother of 4 boys. And no matter what I have done to try and get my tummy back I just can’t seem to do it. I have abdominal muscle seperation resulting from carrying 2 – 7 lb babies at one time. My twins just turned 3years old and even after losing the pregnancy weight I still look pregnant. I need something that fits my schedule. No matter what I willbe researching this websie more thoroughly as I think it is defintely what I need!

    If I were to win the DVD set & membership it would give me such a kick up the backside I would have no excuse not to fulfill my dreams. No more comparing other diets/workouts and getting confused. Debating in my head which program is best and finding excuses not to forward one plan and stick to it.     Hi Holly,

    I am new to FYM and still trying to learn the ropes. I am currently training to ride a 107 mile cycling race. While I have seen some weight loss with my training schedule, I find that my body still does not look like I would like it to. I have started to perform your workouts and am amazed that even though I can ride 100 miles, your workouts are tough for me, (especially the upper body)! I also work full time, am trying to start my own business, have a husband and two teenage girls that are very involved in sports and other activities, so it seems there is never enough time in the day to do everything on my list! I believe that your DVD workouts would help me stay focused and consistent in my workouts. Thanks for your endless information and encouragement!

    From what I have seen of your workouts so far I think they would be perfect for my busy life style.
    I changed jobs about 18 months ago from a fairly active one to sitting or driving all day & have really piled on those pounds! I work 14-16 hr days and am fit for nothing at the end of the day. I think if I can get up just a few minutes earlier and follow one of your great instruction DVD’s it would set me up for the day, with more energy and get back into that other half of the wardrobe that I just can’t fit into anymore :-)
    I’m one of your avid followers from the UK & it would be really good if I can being a living testement to your great programs over here, by showing if I can get firmer and fitter, anyone can!

    Actually I would love these for my missionary sister! She just had a baby and struggles with getting her workouts in! She travels all the time so the videos will keep her motivated and cut the thinking process. She can just throw them in her bag and watch them on her laptop! She is a busy women who loves fitness and would love to stay healthy and strong. She serves in the jungles of Peru and health is not an option she needs it to survive.

    She would love this and i think it would be a perfect gift for someone who gives so much to others.

    First of all let me first thank you for this program.
    First and formost DVD are better off compared to workouts without instructions. Here when am watching you Holly, i perform my workouts perfectly without any mistake, coz i will be following every step you take.

    Secondly, i can workout any time i feel without wainting for the instructions from the instructor. It will be easy for me to catch up with steps so easily than when am reading the instructions or listening to the instructions.

    Finally, DVD is potable, that is it can be easily carried to anywhere one prefers to workout from.

    Holly, i thank you once again, coz i have benefited from this programme.

    I would really appreciate the chance to get my body back as well….I know there are many deserving women, one not more important than the other….but in my case i have always struggled with my weight, even before the kids…now it seems that will power is the least of the things a woman needs in order to achieve weight loss…
    I have been following you for two years, and get a lot of helpful hints from you..I can only imagine what i could accomplish with a set out video!!!! I have never bee able to afford your program, although reasonably affordable, does not make the budget each month…not having a credit card makes things more difficult as well….like I said will power is the least of the things you need to succeed….but there is no shortage of that here!!! so thank you for taking the time to read my story and considering me for your wonder gift..

    I am a mom of two beautiful, energetic boys and a wife to a wonderful man. That being said, I feel like a horrible mom right now. I have no energy, no sex drive, and just do not feel pretty. I know that working out is the key. I currently try to do the workouts you email out, but I know that having the DVD systems will benefit me greatly. Currently I have to watch what you do, pause the video, do the circuit and then play again; then repeat. I could get the proper form and techniques without pausing the DVD. My 3 year old loves the mimic me working out; it would be a great example to him.
    Winning the DVD’s would allow me to regain my energy, feel sexy/pretty and hopefully that in turn will bring back that drive that has been missing since my little one was born in April!

    Good Morning Holly,

    Let me start by saying what you have created for busy, tired moms everywhere is fantastic! I have seen the results through many of the beautiful moms who have achieved success through your workouts and motivation. I now want to be one of those moms and achieve successes!

    My quest began after my daughter was born and I had gone from a size 6 to a 14. I was depressed but found the strength and motivation to eventually lose my excess weight, but could never lose the excess fat that hangs on my belly. My daughter was huge (10lbs 8oz) and having a C-section, well, that says it all.

    It has now been almost 8 years and I still fight to lose my belly. I am on a path to find the motivation once again to create a healthier lifestyle for myself, and my family. This journey began with getting an insulin pump to better control my type 1 diabetes, which is working famously. But I want that next step, I want help from the one person who truly understands what being a busy mom is all about. I want the motivation and the energy to achieve my goals and get the killer body I know is hiding within me.

    I am a busy, divorced mom to three boys. I have spent the last several years of my life in a depression and as a result had put on a lot of weight. In the last year, I had decided to lose the weight and get back the “old” me. I have lost quite a bit of weight, but I’m not where I want to be. I have reached that plateau stage and really need the structure of your workouts. Also, I have recently reconnected with an old love and we both realized that we want to be together for the rest of our lives. I want to get fit and healthy so that time together can be as long as possible! Plus, I would love to look absolutely stunning when we get married.

    Winning the DVD’s will help me to achieve my goals and give me the structure and help that will aid me to achieving success.

    Again, your generosity is outstanding!! Thank you so much for all you do for us!!

    I would love to have the set of DVDs so that I could follow along and workout WITH you, my hero! During the summer, I was working out with my daughters and loving it. I still love it and I’m seeing results, although I do honestly struggle with the loneliness factor which can lead to a slight loss in momentum. I sometimes tend to get distracted in the middle of a workout but if I was doing it WITH you, I would have no choice but to keep on track. This would also bump up my results as I would be forced to keep pace and not drag out the time required to complete them properly. I’m also a visual person, so seeing you would help me correct my form and allow me to not worry about injuring myself from doing the exercises incorrectly.

    I am a work-from-home Mum and spend too many hours at my desk so this would be a perfect way to “stretch” my muscles and take a break. What better excuse could I find?? :)

    After having my 3rd child and second c-sections 4 years ago I started having lower back problems. This led to sharp pains running down my left leg to my knee. Eventually I couldn’t walk up 10 steps without pain or pick up my son who was 2 at the time. I’ve always exercised (for hours and hours) and never had aches and pains like this before. I couldn’t believe a 34 year old body was meant to feel this way – although people kept saying after 30 these kind of things ‘just happen.’ I couldn’t exercise at all at this point and my body was getting soft and sticking out where it didn’t used to (good ‘ol muffin top, love handles. etc.).
    It took 1 1/2 years of working with a sports therapist to just get my muscles loosened up enough to be able to get out of bed in the morning and walk for 15 minutes without pain. What had happened is I had not been exercising and through improper bending and propping my children on my hip, my core had lost it’s strength and was stressing muscles the wrong way, causing terrible tightness and pain.
    Just in this past year I’ve been able to exercise again… so I did 45 minute cardio sessions 5X/week… which worked in my 20’s – but now I wasn’t seeing the results I’d gotten before. Then a friend found Fit Mummy Yummy and shared it with me. Hooray for strength training! I’d always wanted to try it but was way to intimidated to do it – it just seemed so difficult and complicated with the reps, and what size weights to use, and just what to do and the correct form!
    The timing was perfect – we just moved our family from VA to TX for my husband to be home with us and start a new business/career (along with new everything else new since we only knew 1 other couple in TX). Now I was also in charge of the business books (which I have no experience at but am learning – FAST!), keeping up with the outdoor work (we have a huge acreage), homeschooling our 3 children (which I love), and of course the housework. Oh, and I didn’t mention that we live 10 miles out of a small town with very limited exercise facilities. Also, with starting a new business money’s been too tight so a gym membership/personal trainer is not an option.
    Having the time and energy for my ‘old workouts’ in our new life in TX would have been a stretch. I didn’t know how I’d find MORE TIME in my day to do it all – so your 15 minute workouts were like an answer to prayer! Strength training has been such a blessing to me. I DO feel stronger and love it – through your encouragement I know I can look and feel my best at 36 years old!
    Those aches and pains are occurring less all the time as I grow stronger. I’m determined to beat them and get back a strong, ache free, ‘looking great in a bikini’ body. I thought I could do it alone but… I’m stuck in a rut. My measurement’s haven’t changed in 5 months so I’m not doing something right. I’ve realized I need your DVDs to watch and follow you. I need to be part of the FMY Club for accountability, encouragement, meal ideas, etc. It’s HARD to stick with it alone when life is so demanding. Getting up in the morning to work out with your instruction is MY TREAT for the day before all the ‘mommy, wife, and life demands’ take over. It’s nice to get past all the ‘fad’ diets and workouts to something so do-able and time efficient. Your honesty on your emails are such a breath of fresh air! I only hope I’ll have the opportunity to pass on encouragement to other women who spend hours working out but not getting the results they should.

    Winning the DVDs would make my workouts so much more fun. I try to workout around 5:00 am in our basement. The house is quiet and mostly dark. I make my way to the basement and I’m all alone, not much to motivate me. Having you to workout with would energize and motivate me. The 12 month membership is also very important. Our budget has become very tight lately and I have not been able to join your websight. I really need to be back with those going through the same problems I am with weight loss and exercise. I never missed a day when your sight was free. So the DVDs and membership would make my Christmas complete!!!

    I live in Africa where it is very difficult to access TV and other communications resources. I would like to use you package to bring together a gourp of marginalised women that I work to support and get them to have a healthier life style. They are between the ages of 40 and 55 and have weight related problems.
    They could be healthier if they can stay in shape.
    I love your workout style and think it is really motivating and appropriate for women.
    Thank you for the help you are providing to so many women.
