Hey these are great ideas!! I never even thought about some of these. I already am doing treadmill-less intervals, but replaced them with running on a track. Great ways to switch it up!

Congrats Alicia!
As long as you have your Drs okay - you will be just fine with moderate cardio but place an emphasis on full body resistance training and of course eating supportively. You can have the most fit pregnancy without all the focus being on cardio.

Hi Holly,
I just started your workout last Monday and when I woke up this morning I felt thin and very toned. I decided to jump on the scale out of curiosity. I've lost 2.5 pounds. Wow! I've been trying for months to lose the last of my baby weight and haven't been able to...this is great! I can't wait to see what I look like after 16 weeks.

Hi Holly! I love the idea of fit yummy mummy but have just found out I am pregnant - I know that high intensity workouts are not recommended for pregnant women, but is there a modified workout you suggest for those of us who are expecting???

The first time I tried jumping jacks I ached for 4 days. But the feeling was undescribable! I now do it at least twice a week and I fell my slightly flabby getting firmer and thinner. Just 1 question though, is it better to stick to 1 particular interval eg, burpee only or we can just do a varied combination of them within 1 session? THanks a lot!

Hi Holly

Thanks for the great interval ideas, I was already doing some of these but I am very grateful for some new ideas. I always struggle with timing my intervals, ideally I would like to do 1 min and 30 second rest but really struggle to time it, what is the best way,, any ideas?

I have been off my treadmill now for about 2 weeks and I have seen really good results as well! I have actually lost some more weight (under 140 lbs. for the first time in a very long time), my clothes feel looser, and I just feel smaller! I'm ready to get rid of my treadmill altogether! Body weight intervals work!
